Building the Next Generation of Specialists The initiative focuses on: CPD-accredited training programs in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Short-term clinical attachments for hands-on learning Specialized training in Embryology and IVF laboratory practices Research and continuous professional development opportunities These programs are designed to enhance local expertise and help address the shortage of trained fertility professionals in Ethiopia.
